ČeskyLast month we installed the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system in a newly built family house in Říčany near Prague.
Developer type houses have become an integral part of the construction industry. The type of houses that the customer chooses from the catalogue have a complete project documentation, a given floor plan and room layout, which at first glance may seem like a disadvantage. However, these houses are simply designed to suit most potential customers. Moreover, the construction companies have a lot of experience with these houses and the materials used and are therefore able to build these houses in less time and at a lower cost than they would build individual customer’s customized houses.
In one of these “catalogue” houses we have recently implemented the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system. It was already the severalth type house of one of our long-term customers in which we installed heating films. Thanks to the simplicity and speed of their installation, carbon film can speed up the construction in a matter of weeks, which is very noticeable in house construction. In addition, there is no need for a utility room or boiler room, nothing is spinning or humming. These are also reasons why carbon film heating is the ideal heating solution for developer construction.
In total, we installed 100 square meters of our durable carbon film in the new building in one day, divided into 10 heating circuits, with a total output of 15 kW. We also installed a complete heating control system during the installation day. Control of the heating system is handled by our LARX LCD Thermostats, which are a simple solution for local room temperature control when heating with heating film.
