The heating system and all other technologies have been in operation for several months now.
It is the construction of 3 new apartment houses with 8 luxury apartments near Hrabětice in the Jizera Mountains. High emphasis was placed on comfort and well-being in the apartment and at the same time saving on heating costs when not in use. Thanks to the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM system, the heating of individual flats is completely independent of the heating of other spaces in the building, which is one of the great advantages of our heating system.
From the construction point of view, the use of the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system simplified and accelerated the entire construction in a matter of weeks. The installation of carbon heating foils is a quick and easy matter. However, even more attention must be paid to the design and project of heating before the installation itself. Without the calculation of heat losses and according to the designed outputs and the laying plan with the placement of individual strips of carbon heating films in the rooms, the installation of this range would be difficult in such a short time. The installation of heating film on the construction site itself is therefore only a small part of the entire work performed.
All 3 houses together are over 950 square meters of floor space. Last year, we installed over 650 m2 of our LARX durable carbon film divided into 70 heating circuits over 3 stages (5 days). After laying and connecting the foils, we started the next phase – installation and connection of residential wiring cabinets with all the necessary elements (circuit breakers, contactors, protective elements, etc.). This part is the least visible to the user, but just as important.
Another, no less demanding part of larger buildings is the installation of heating control. After the experience from the previous construction, our customer without hesitation chose the electronic security system Jablotron, both for the regulation of heating film and for the security of all buildings, which combines both of these aspects into one clear mobile application. Apartment owners have an overview of the condition of the apartment anytime and anywhere, from the point of view of safety, faults and heating. We are a long-term installation partner of Jablotron and we always set up the system according to the user’s wishes so that he always has everything simply, easily and clearly in the application on his phone.
We are platinum partners of the Czech company Jablotron. We often use solutions using their products and we especially like the MyJablotron mobile application. That is why we have based the regulation of heating and security of individual apartments on the Jablotron 100 system. It provides us with a configurable and reliable background for connecting carbon films and our customers simple, yet detailed local and remote control of heating and security. One of the other advantages of using the Jablotron system is its great modularity. Practically anything can be connected to it. From switched sockets, boiler, gate or door control to, for example, blinds. In addition to security using the Jablotron burglar alarm system, we have also installed a system of more than 15 IP cameras with its own recording equipment in the apartment houses.
