When designing the reconstruction, particular attention was paid to increasing the comfort of using the hotel and the simplicity of operation and maintenance of the heating system. The perimeter walls of the hotel were insulated with a contact thermal insulation system to meet the thermal technical requirements. The project envisages in part of the building with a durable carbon film under the screed, in the other part with a carbon film directly under the floating flooring.
From the construction point of view, the use of heating film solved the problems with the floor height. The film itself is negligible in the complete composition. This proved to be crucial in the above-ground floor, where high demands were placed on the floor height. The only option for underfloor heating of this floor was therefore to use LARX carbon film directly under the floating floor. With this type of installation, the floor height rises only within centimeters, depending on the height of the thermal and sound insulation.
Our LARX Wi-Fi thermostats have been selected for remote control of the heating system, which, after connecting to the WiFi network, allow all thermostats in the whole building to be controlled using single mobile application.
