ČeskyWe have recently completed the first phase of the implementation of smart technologies and the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system in three apartment houses in the Jizera Mountains. Carbon heating films are all installed and concrete mixtures are freshly poured in all buildings.
It is just over 3 years since we completed the implementation of heating of a recreational building in the heart of the Jizera Mountains near Hrabětice. Since then, some things have changed, but what has remained the same is the approach and requirements of the project’s investors. When they were planning the second stage of the development project, three apartment houses with luxury apartments, they approached directly to our company with a request for the supply of a heating system, remote heating control, security and camera system. Compared to the original reconstruction of the recreational building, most of the implementing companies have been replaced by new ones, so we are all the more pleased with the obvious satisfaction of investors and their clients with our heating system and our services.
Basic requirements of investors for the heating system:
- will be comfortable
- will heat the floor
- will have the possibility of remote regulation
- heating of individual apartments will be completely independent – no starting of the central heat pump or boiler for one apartment

It is therefore the construction of 3 new apartment houses with 8 luxury apartments. There is a high emphasis on comfort and well-being when living in the apartment and at the same time saving on heating costs when not in use. Thanks to the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM system, the heating of individual apartments will be completely independent of the heating of other flats in the building. Thus, there is no start of the central heat source (eg. heat pump), and then no heat losses through the distribution, due to the heating of one apartment. Even from this point of view, there are savings in heating costs.
From the construction point of view, the use of the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system simplified and accelerated the entire construction in a matter of weeks. The installation of carbon heating film is a quick and easy matter. However, even more attention must be paid to the heating project before the installation itself. Without the calculation of heat losses and according to the designed outputs and the laying plan with the placement of individual strips of carbon heating film in the rooms, the installation of this range would be difficult in such a short time. The installation of heating film on the construction site itself is therefore only a small part of the entire work performed. In addition to the installation of carbon film, both the design work and the installation of the heating control must be taken into account.
All 3 houses together have over 950 square meters of floor space. We have recently installed over 650 m2 of our durable carbon film divided into 70 heating circuits over 3 stages (5 days).
In all apartments and common areas, the LARX CARBON-FILM.COM heating system will be regulated using the Jablotron electronic security system. The owners of individual apartments will thus be able to remotely regulate the heating system and at the same time will have an overview of the security of their flat clearly in one application. Jablotron will also control external window blinds. EZS Jablotron is the absolute leader on the Czech market in security, they have a lot of security elements and sensors, a sophisticated mobile application MyJablotron and last but not least their own PCO (centralized security desk) with its own network of security agencies throughout the Czech Republic.
